Cairo Festival City Participates in Annual Cityscape, Showcases
CFC Club spans an area of 62,000 m² north of Cairo Festival City offering a social and sporting club experience
Ashraf Ezz-El Din: CFC’s business investments in 2021 to surpass EGP 5.5 Bn
Cairo Festival City (CFC) has unveiled Al-Futtaim Group’s newest projects during its participation in the 2020 edition of Cityscape, Egypt’s biggest real estate exhibition, which runs for 4 days in The Egypt International Exhibitions Center.
Covering an area of 62,000 m², CFC has introduced “CFC Club” as its newest flagship project north of Cairo Festival City where their customers and visitors can enjoy an exceptional social and sporting experience. Along with the new club, CFC is also showcasing “Oriana IV”, “Aura Apartments” and “The Podium” offices.
“We at CFC were keen on participating in Cityscape with our latest venture; “CFC Club.” We have also included “Oriana IV” villas, “Aura Apartments” and “The Podium” offices, thus, presenting our customers with a wide range of selections to fit each need. “CFC Club” with its unique location inside Cairo Festival City offers an unparalleled sporting and entertaining experience for our customers and its new members.” Ashraf Ezz-el Din, Al Futtaim Real Estate Managing Director told reporters during a press conference.
“Investments made by CFC in 2021 are expected to surpass EGP 5.5 billion, where we are always committed to the specified delivery dates.” Eng. Ezz-El Din added.
The first phase of construction of the CFC Club will be completed in January 2022, and the second phase is scheduled for completion in August of the same year. The first phase contains all the sporting complexes and an extensive green area for our customers to enjoy, whereas the second phase will include a clubhouse, indoor swimming pools, restaurants and an area designated for events and concerts.
Cairo Festival City has signed contracts with leading international consultants to execute the club’s architectural designs and to ensure a wide variety of the newest sporting instruments and equipment to offer members a comprehensive sporting experience.
In addition, CFC Club will include spacious fields for various sports such as Tennis, Handball, Basketball and Football. Furthermore, CFC are extremely attentive to their customers’ needs through many facilities that serve their personal and professional requirements. Such facilities include meeting rooms, a spa, a gym, swimming pools, a separate indoor heated pool, and numerous prime restaurants.
The project’s ideal location running for 2 km on Cairo’s Ring Road contributes to the ease of access, as the club is central to districts such as New Cairo, Heliopolis and Maadi.
Also revealed in the press conference was the “Oriana IV” villas project that spans an area of more than 100,000 m² hosting 116 villas, where 65% of the progress has been completed. New details of the “Aura Apartments” residential project were also released; covering an area of more than 56,000 m², the gated compound offers security and privacy for its residents. The project’s progress is within 18% of completion whereas it will include 404 fully-finished apartments ranging in areas between 130 m² to 240 m².
As for “The Podium” offices, it consists of 6 buildings with 5 floors for each, in addition to ground level areas that will be made available for rent. The project’s architectural design can be distinguished by its fine lines, and its modern and sustainable design, with units starting from 95 m² are made available fully-finished or without finishing. 37% of the project’s progress has been completed.
