Amer Group seals Porto El Minya development contract with NUCA

Chief executive of Amer Group’s subsidiary Amer for Tourism Development Dr. Husny Hany sealed a contract for purchasing 56 acres in New Minya with the New Urban Development Authority in order to set up Porto El Minya City.  

By launching this project, Amer Group is starting an unprecedented real estate development rally in Upper Egypt.

The company is set to kick off construction works upon submitting the ministerial decree permit, as it prepared design layouts  of the project which is intended to stand as a cornerstone in transforming lifestyles of Minya residents.

This contract has been signed in the framework of Amer Group’s comprehensive plan for creating value-added projects in a number of governorates where the group is tapping places of current demand.
