Al Bourouj Misr hires DSA to design NAC's Sixty Iconic Tower

Al Bourouj Misr entered into agreement with leading British Consultancy DSA Architect International to design Sixty Iconic Tower in the New Administrative Capital.

With it ranked as the highest in Africa, Sixty Iconic Tower overlooks NAC's Iconic Tower, situated in Central Business District nearby the residential neighborhoods of R2 and R3 which are due to be inaugurated soon.

 

 DSA has up to 35-year expertise in designing tower and skyscrapers worldwide, including Oberoi Towe Business Bay Dubai, Al Fattan Tower in Dubai, the Crescent hotel in Baku Azerbijan, Raffles Tower in Jedda, Double Tree in Jeddah and more.

Al-Bourouj Misr scored successive successes in real estate investments, with it unleashing a series of landmark projects such as Sixty Business Park in NAC's Financial Neighborhood and Banks District nearby the Government Neighborhood which is scheduled for inauguration in the near future.

Also, Al-Bourouj Misr invested in Sixty Corporate which is due to be opened for investors interested in capital market, stock exchange and banks and desirous to lease the project's units.
