Emaar Misr awards the first phase of the development in New Zayed to two of the leading contracting companies with a total of 1.2 billion EGP

Building on the unprecedented success Emaar Misr achieved with its developments in West Cairo last year, selling out the first phase of Belle Vie within a few days, the company continues its accomplishments and announces the contracting of Redcon Construction and Solid Construction to begin the construction of the first phase of Belle Vie, which took place only 10 months after the launch.

Emaar Misr held a groundbreaking event for Belle Vie in New Zayed, featuring a performance by the well-known, Lebanese composer and pianist, Michel Fadel, in the presence of main public figures and celebrities. Belle Vie's distinctive features and unique offerings have led to selling out the first phase of the project in a record time.

The first phase including Valley Villas, consisting of 243 units, has been awarded to Redcon construction with the total value of 661 million EGP. Plaza Residences and Beach View Residences, consisting of a total of 10 buildings comprised of 326 units, have been awarded to Solid Construction with the total value of 524 million EGP.
