SKY AD.’s Achievements continue، Bluetree wins African Property Awards for Best Residential Project

KY AD. Developments، the leading real estate subsidiary of the Emirati Diamond Group in Egypt، most recent projects Bluetree، which is located in New Cairo، has been granted the prestigious African Property Awards for Best Residential Project in Africa، under the category of residential projects with more than 20 units for 2023-2024. The accolade is awarded by a committee of independent judges، which recognized the project's unique design and prime location.

Distinctive and diverse projects 

This confirms SKY AD. Developments’ vision of creating distinctive and diverse projects that cater to various segments of customers. Bluetree has raised the bar in Egypt by achieving unprecedented sales of almost EGP3 billion in a record time. 

Attended by prominent real estate developers from Africa and the Middle East، the award ceremony was held in Dubai on October 19th where Eng. Abdelrahman Agami، CEO of SKY AD. Developments، and Mr.Mostafa Salah، CCO of SKY AD. Developments received the Award. 

Launched earlier this year، Bluetree is extended over an area of 50-acres in the prime location of Golden Square in New Cairo and offers a modern and comfortable living experience. All project buildings are only four stories high، occupying just 19% of the total area، ensuring a healthy environment and adhering to environmental standards to conserve the climate and natural resources. The project includes 1،300 diverse units both residential and commercial، which are set to be delivered in 2027. To deliver exceptional designs، SKY AD. joined forces with JZMK company، one of the largest architecture and design firms worldwide، to deliver a design that incorporates the latest sustainable technology solutions.

Bluetree provides a luxurious yet cozy living experience، varying between luxury and duplex apartments diversified between 115 to 300 square meters، with distinctive commercial and administrative spaces that meet all customer needs. Moreover، the project includes a clubhouse، central garden، kids’ area، and cycling tracks for practicing various sports، entertainment، social، and artistic activities besides a wide range of smart services.

The African Property Award is one of the most prominent and significant awards in the real estate sector. It is judged by an independent committee of over 80 experts، with Lord Best، The Earl of Caithness، and Lord Waverley، from the House of Lords in the UK Parliament as Chairmen.
