Valda Village launched on 30 acres in New Cairo

Valda Real Estate Development Company has launched Valda Village on 30 acres in New Cairo's Future City and is considering expansion along the North Coast and East Cairo

The company introduced its latest project in the Egyptian market, Valda Village, which is situated on a 30-acre plot in Future City, New Cairo.

Valda Real Estate Development offers an integrated experience through Valda Village, combining smart planning and innovative designs, in collaboration with leading consulting firms. The project features competitive pricing, diverse payment methods, and installment plans extending up to 10 years.

Engineer Mohamed Mahmoud, Chairman of Valda Real Estate Development, stated that Valda Village reflects the company's strategy of selecting distinguished locations for its projects and its commitment to delivering innovative developments that add value to the Egyptian market.

He added that Valda Village is a comprehensive urban project comprising residential, administrative, commercial, and hotel units, with a total of 750 residential units ranging from 85 to 237 square meters.

The company collaborated with prominent Arab consultants for the design and marketing of the project, including the office of Engineer Rafiq Fahmy, as well as The Axis and The Board Consulting firms.

The project includes various amenities to meet customer needs, such as a commercial mall covering 23,000 square meters, a clubhouse, meeting rooms, swimming pools, and a children's play area.

Valda aims to deliver the project within four years.

Regarding future plans, the Chairman mentioned that the company is studying several investment opportunities for expansion, with particular interest in the North Coast and Future City.

Valda is also preparing to inaugurate the ROVE Mall in December 2025.

The ROVE project is located in the heart of Mountain View I City in New Cairo, developed by Mountain View, one of the largest real estate development companies in Egypt. This partnership has contributed to the execution of a high-end project that will be one of the most important commercial developments in Fifth Settlement. The Chairman expressed pride in collaborating again with Mountain View.

Engineer Mohamed Mahmoud added that the company has fully delivered its previous projects, including the residential projects Hayati Residence and Akoya since 2013, as well as Liven Square Mall and Ledge Mall.

The company follows a clear policy of completing and delivering projects before launching new ones.

Valda Real Estate Development was established in early 2020 as a strategic partnership between Akoya Development, the owner and developer of various projects in New Cairo, and New Avenue for Investment and Real Estate Marketing.
