La Sirena Group Launches Coastal, Commercial, and Administrative Projects at Cityscape 2025 with Down Payments Starting at 5% and Installments Up to 9 Years

La Sirena Group has announced its participation in Cityscape Egypt 2025, scheduled to be held from September 24 to 27, 2025, at the Egypt International Exhibition Center (EIEC) in the Fifth Settlement, New Cairo. The company will be showcasing major projects, offering exceptional offers and facilities to customers.
During the exhibition, La Sirena Group is offering flexible payment plans starting with a 5% down payment and installments of up to 8 and 9 years. It also offers special discounts of up to 40% for installment purchases and 50% for cash payments. This enhances its ability to attract customers and investors seeking unique opportunities in the Egyptian real estate market.
Ain Sokhna Projects
La Sirena Group is participating with five major projects in Ain Sokhna, offering new phases and limited units at competitive prices.
Among these projects is the Cape Bay project, where the company is launching a new phase with prices starting from EGP 2.4 million for a fully finished unit, with a down payment starting from EGP 120,000 (only 5%) and installments up to 8 years.

The project is located on an area of 60 acres and includes integrated commercial and entertainment services suitable for all ages. It has achieved strong implementation rates, helping to generate high investment returns for clients in record time.
Ras Sidr Projects
The company is also launching three projects in Ras Sidr during Cityscape 2025, including the Lavento Ras Sidr project. The La Sirena Oyoun Moussa project extends over an area of 97 acres, with a built-up area of only 20%, while 80% of the area is allocated to services and green spaces. The resort features a 500-meter-wide beach and amenities including various swimming pools, a covered pool for women, a commercial services area, playgrounds, and an aqua park.

The company is also offering units in the La Sirena Bay Ras Sidr project, with a total area of 160 acres, most of which is allocated to green spaces. This project is considered one of Ras Sidr's most prominent projects, distinguished by its location on the largest fishing marina in the region, along with a hotel, a number of playgrounds, various swimming pools, a covered pool for women, and an integrated commercial area.
