Mountain View announced record-breaking sales for its newly launched project, Crysta Mountain View, in Sidi Abdelrahman, exceeding EGP 15 billion in just six hours of its official launch, in a new milestone cementing the company’s leadership in shaping the future of Egypt’s real estate sector.

Marking one of the fastest sales occurrences in Egypt’s property market for 2025, this achievement reflects the strong trust that clients and investors place in Mountain View’s vision, credibility, and ability to deliver communities that provide genuine value and a holistic living experience. This outstanding success also highlights the company’s sustained capacity to meet exceptional demand, demonstrating its commitment to redefining real estate development in Egypt through innovation, design excellence, and lifestyle integration.

Spanning over 470 acres in the heart of Sidi Abdelrahman, Crysta Mountain View stands as one of the most comprehensive developments along Egypt’s North Coast. The project features three main islands, each hosting a boutique hotel with exclusive sea views. The first island to be launched, Kin Island, includes Kin Hotel, the first family boutique hotel on the North Coast, designed to offer a refined and seamless relaxation experience.

“The exceptional demand for Crysta Mountain View underscores the strength and resilience of Egypt’s real estate market and the trust our customers place in Mountain View’s strategy,” remarked Eng. Wael Ezz, Partner and Co-CEO of Mountain View. “Our approach focuses on developing communities that merge real estate and hospitality in line with global standards. This remarkable success reflects our ability to accurately read market needs and translate them into communities that fulfill clients’ aspirations and expectations.”

For his part, Eng. Wael Lotfy, Partner and Co-CEO of Mountain View, added, “Crysta Mountain View embodies our vision to create fully integrated residential and leisure destinations that enhance quality of life and redefine investment value on the North Coast. The unprecedented demand for this project confirms that our customers appreciate developments that combine value, a distinctive location, and a clear long-term vision that ensures sustainable success.”

Inspired by the tranquil beauty of the Bahamas, the project’s design integrates soft color palettes and crystal-clear waters, featuring over 40 acres of scenic swimmable lagoons, 19 kilometers of internal waterfront views, and the Crysta Beach Walk, a serene promenade dedicated to mindfulness and leisure, creating a setting that blends luxury, nature, and tranquility.

This landmark achievement reinforces Mountain View’s strategic vision of developing a new generation of destinations centered on hospitality, wellness, and holistic living, aligned with the market’s shift toward communities that deliver authentic value beyond traditional housing.

Crysta Mountain View represents a new direction for real estate development along the North Coast, combining residential and hospitality components within one integrated destination. The project will feature three boutique hotels and a collection of hospitality cabins, all to be operated by Mountain View Hospitality, the company’s newly established hospitality arm dedicated to managing and operating hospitality ventures across its developments.
