Ezz Elarab Group Launches the “Ezz Elarab Scholarship Initiative” to Empower Egypt’s Next Generation of Talented Students

 Ezz Elarab Group has officially launched the Ezz Elarab Scholarship Initiative, the first program under its newly introduced Ezz Elarab Community Program, marking a new chapter in the Group’s journey of giving back to society. Rooted in the belief that every young person deserves the chance to learn, grow, and achieve their dreams, this initiative aims to support talented students across Egypt, particularly those with limited access to quality education by opening doors to opportunity and helping them fulfill their potential. Through this step, Ezz Elarab reaffirms its conviction that education is not only a path to success, but a lifelong bridge to dignity, empowerment, and progress.

The announcement was made during a ceremony celebrating the launch of the first cohort of Ezz Elarab Scholars, held at Hilton Pyramids Golf Hotel, in the presence of Eng. Hisham Ezz Elarab, Chairman of Ezz Elarab Group; Ms. Nina Ezz Elarab, Board Member and Patron of the Ezz Elarab Community Program; members of the Group’s Board of Directors; representatives of partner universities and technical schools; in addition to the forty students selected as part of the first cohort, accompanied by their families.

The Ezz Elarab Scholarship Initiative encompasses two main scholarships that reflect the Group’s mission to link education with opportunity, while ensuring that potential, not privilege is what shapes a student’s future. The first, the Ezz Elarab University Excellence Scholarship, is a fully funded program for exceptional high school graduates from public, STEM, Nile Egyptian International, and Al Azhar schools who have demonstrated talent, perseverance, and a drive to create change. Covering full tuition fees and a monthly living allowance, the scholarship also offers mentorship and summer internship opportunities that bridge academic learning with real-world experience. Priority is given to applicants admitted to or applying to partner universities, including El Sewedy University of Technology (SUT), Zewail City of Science, Technology, and Innovation, Egypt-Japan University of Science and Technology (E-JUST), Nile University (NU), and Saxony Egypt University for Applied Science & Technology (SEU). Focusing on disciplines vital to Egypt’s future economy, such as engineering, technology-related sciences, data science, business administration, and entrepreneurship, the program aims to empower bright young Egyptians to grow, lead, and contribute meaningfully to their communities.

The second, the Ezz Elarab Applied Technology Schools Scholarship, extends this vision to preparatory school graduates eager to continue their education in applied technology schools. In addition to covering tuition fees, educational materials, and a monthly allowance, the program provides continuous mentorship and guidance to help students develop both personally and academically. By giving them access to real opportunities and a strong support system, the scholarship helps young people build the confidence, skills, and mindset they need to begin their professional journeys and succeed in Egypt’s rapidly evolving technical industries.

At its core, the program is designed to offer students more than just academic learning, it gives them a chance to experience, explore, and grow. Through hands-on training across Ezz Elarab’s diverse business sectors, scholars are given the opportunity to apply what they learn in real environments, discover their potential, and understand the value of their contribution. It’s a journey that goes beyond classrooms, one that nurtures confidence, curiosity, and purpose, helping each student build a path that reflects who they are and what they aspire to become.
