Miqaat Developments introduces Sira project in New Cairo with payment plans of up to 10 years

Miqaat Developments announced the launch of its new project SIRA, a fully integrated boutique compound spanning over 25 feddans in a prime location in New Cairo’s Fifth Settlement, near the American University in Cairo (AUC).

The company said the launch reflects its ambition to redefine the concept of modern urban communities, offering residential solutions that combine privacy, integrated services, and easy accessibility.

Mohamed Abdel Ghany, Chairman of Miqaat Developments, said that the project comes in response to rising demand for residential communities that balance exclusivity with comprehensive services and strategic connectivity. 

He added that SIRA enjoys a prime location close to major axes and key destinations, including AUC and Al Ahly Club, providing residents with seamless access to all aspects of modern living.

Abdel Ghany noted that the project has been designed to achieve a balance between built-up density and open spaces, with large areas allocated for services and green zones, ensuring a healthy and tranquil environment. He further pointed out that the project offers a comprehensive range of carefully designed amenities to suit different lifestyles, including innovative green spaces (Green House), indoor and outdoor gyms, dedicated children’s areas, yoga and meditation zones, as well as extended swimming lanes throughout the project. 

Sira also features walking tracks, a fully integrated 24/7 security system, and spacious parking areas to accommodate both residents and visitors.

The SIRA compound also includes a variety of residential units ranging from one-bedroom to three-bedroom apartments, offering flexible options suitable for both individuals and families. The project has a planned execution timeline of four years, with delivery scheduled in line with the highest quality standards.

Abdel Ghany also emphasized the company’s commitment to providing innovative financing solutions that support customers’ purchasing power, offering flexible payment plans of up to 10 years with no down payment. This reflects the company’s commitment to expanding its customer base and providing real investment opportunities in Egypt’s real estate market.

Miqaat Developments’ chairman also announced the signing of an agreement with One Health, a subsidiary of AXA Insurance Group, to provide innovative protection and insurance services for the project’s clients. 

The partnership aims to add value for customers and ensure the stability of their investments by offering a financial protection umbrella in emergency cases, enabling continued payment of financial obligations without disruption, particularly in the event of unexpected health conditions, thereby safeguarding clients’ investments with the company, he added.
