Aseel Developments, ACE-PM Moharram.Bakhoum forge strategic partnership for Downtown New Mansoura project

Aseel Developments has signed a partnership agreement with ACE-PM Moharram.Bakhoum, one of Egypt, the Arab world’s leading, and longest-established engineering consultancy firms, as part of the team overseeing the development of its Downtown project in New Mansoura.

Eng. Walaa Elmy, CEO of Aseel Developments, said that the partnership forms part of the company’s strategy of engaging specialized consultants across various aspects of the project. 

He added that the approach is aimed at maintaining high standards of quality and efficiency, while supporting the project’s integrated vision and ensuring greater coordination across its technical and engineering components.

He added that the expertise of ACE-PM Moharram.Bakhoum represents a valuable addition to the Downtown New Mansoura project, supporting its development based on an integrated vision tailored to the nature and objectives of the project. This will enhance its ability to provide a comprehensive urban and investment experience that keeps pace with needs and development of the city.

Elmy noted that the partnership reflects Aseel Developments’ vision of developing Downtown New Mansoura as an integrated project and leveraging specialized expertise throughout its various development phases, supporting its continuity and long-term objectives.

Dr. Eng. Mohamed Karim, Chief Technical Officer (CTO) at ACE-PM Moharram.Bakhoum, expressed his appreciation for the cooperation with Aseel Developments, praising the vision behind Downtown New Mansoura as a mixed-use project that positions it to become a prominent urban development in the area.

Karim said that ACE-PM Moharram.Bakhoum will be responsible for reviewing and overseeing the project’s designs, drawing on its extensive market experience and ability to handle various engineering disciplines. This will help ensure the required coordination among the project’s technical components, particularly given its diverse range of uses and functions, which require a high level of coordination and integration.

He disclosed that ACE-PM Moharram.Bakhoum will provide its technical expertise and capabilities to support the implementation of the Downtown New Mansoura project in line with the targeted vision.
