An Egypt-based version of Nile Exhibition Expo to debut under " Manazel Exhibition"

Expo Republic, an Egyptian Emirati Exhibition organizer, will hold its first Egypt-based Nile Property Expo under the slogan " Manazel Exhibition" – or Houses Exhibition – with the aim of promoting leading  developers across Egypt, according to chairman Dr. Bassem Kalila.

The first version of Manazel Exhibition will be held in Mansoura and Alexandria governorates during November and December, he told Osoul Masr Magazine.

Manazel Exhibition will take place from 19 to 21 Novemeber at Al-Mansoura's Gazera Al-Ward Club and from 3 to 5 December at Alexnadria's City Center Alexandria, he added.

" Each exhibition will be held over an area of 3000m with the equally-spaced pavilions being the pattern usually favored by Nile Property Expo  so as to give competing exhibitors equal opportunity to showcase their products and offers."

While focusing on digital technology, advertising for the exhibition will unleash an outdoor, social media and radio campaign at governorates hosting the event.

With a plan to expand into other governorates, Expo Republic picked those witnessing substantial demand for housing units, services as well as investment opportunities, he added, noting that major developers welcomed the idea enthusiastically and showed interest in extending offers catering to needs of clients.  

Nile Property Expo is Egypt's first real estate exhibition providing developers an opportunity to showcase products at the Gulf States, lending a hand to the Egyptian government seeking to export properties abroad.

The first version of Nile Property Expo kicked off in Dubai back in 2017, as two exhibitions took place early 2020 in participation with Ministry of Housing and New Urban Communities in Saudi Arabia and United Arab Emirates.
