 The Address Consultancy , aims to achieve a contractual sales of 6 billion pounds for real estate developers during the second half of 2021 as part of its marketing plan for real estate projects, which are being marketed in the new administrative capital, Al-Jalala, Al-Sukhna,Al-Alamedeidah, North Coast and  West Cairo.

The company plans to reach the contractual sales volume of 10 billion pounds by the end of this year.  

Moataz Askar, chairman of the board of The Address Consultancy, said that the company is adopting a new strategy to acquire the sales of national projects and developers in the market in the coming period, especially as it has a strong group of marketers with different expertise and various competencies to help them grow despite the market challenges.

 

Askar explained that the company has achieved successes in recent years and intends to continue this success, achieve record sales to real estate companies, find marketing solutions that will increase the sales volume of these companies, and achieve cash flows that will enable them to develop their projects.

Ahmed Waked, Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of The Adderss Consultancy, said the company has drawn up new marketing plans that are commensurate with the the real market variables and the actual demand volume of the targeted customers by diversifying the portfolio of the projects it is marketing.

 

He said the company is in charge of marketing 300 different projects distributed in the new cities, with the first being the new administrative capital, New Mansoura, New Damietta, the coastal areas in New Alamein, Galala, and Ain Sokhna.

 

Waked added that the company owns a strong customer base which has contributed to the natural targets for real estate developers in the first half of this year, as well as a new customer base which updates in each quarter of the year.

 

Ismael Al Sherbini, executive director of the company, said that "The Adderss Consultancy" has made 4 billion pounds of contractual sales for real estate developers in the new administrative capital, expecting the total targeted sales for the administrative capital projects to reach 5.5 billion pounds by the end of 2021.

 

Al-Sherbini explained that the company acquired the largest share in the new administrative capital projects during the first half of this year, especially that it obtained several projects in the exclusive marketing system of Downtown.

 

 The company is planning to increase the number of exclusive projects for its portfolio in the administrative capital in the coming period.

 

Mohammed Salah, a board member of the company, predicted that the number of projects to be marketed to real estate developers will increase by 45% by the end of 2021, especially as the company is moving towards exclusive projects to coincide with the development of the real estate market.

 

Salah explained that each project requires different marketing mechanisms to attract the target customer and make it easier for the real estate developer to market his project, in addition to marketing plans that the company is preparing for the benefit of developers, especially in the new administrative capital and new cities, which require specific studies and plans in light of the rise in competition.

 

For his part, Mohammed Abu Ghazaleh, a member of the board of directors of the company, said that "The Address Consultancy" currently has 4 sales branches in the real estate market, distributed in the city of Al-Rehab, Al-Mansoura, Al-Gouna, and the Fifth Settlement in New Cairo. Abu Ghazaleh explained that the company is considering increasing its natural branches in line with its expansion strategy in the market, including western Cairo and the northern coast.

 

In the same context, Mustafa Fahmi, a board member, said that the natural targets of the company in 2021 are 10 billion pounds, of which the company has achieved 55%, and are aimed at achieving 45% by the end of this year, especially as the value is expected to rise with the increase in the volume of real estate projects put on the market.

 

John Sabri, a board member of the company, said that "The Address Consultancy" focuses on devising and creating new marketing mechanisms that will contribute to increasing sales of real estate developers in the face of competition in the real estate market and attract more targeted customers.

 

Sabri explained that the similarity of real estate products, the target group of customers, the purchasing power, the location of the project, and the return on investment are all important factors in the marketing of the project, in addition to the payment systems and facilities that developers give to the project's customer. The role of the real estate market is to organize these factors to achieve the target  clients.

 

Hani Abdullah, a member of the Board of Directors, revealed that the strategy is to prepare integrated market studies for real estate companies and investors who want to invest in national projects, determine the competitive advantages of each region, determine the type of real estate product that is suitable in that region, the pricing systems, the payment terms, and the target customer.

 

Selmi Ashraf, a board member, said that the company's workforce is 490 marketers and sellers working in "The Address" is seeking in the coming period to increase its marketing team, especially with the increase in the volume of projects proposed, as well as the preparation of cadres for the real estate market.

 

Karim Yaqut, a board member, said that the company is aiming to acquire the largest share of natural resources for companies in the real estate market next year, especially as it has a distinguished group of real estate marketers who have successfully met the clients targets in the first half of this year.

 

Yakut said that increasing the number of real estate marketing companies in the market is a healthy phenomenon, but there are basic requirements that must be met so that these companies will succeed in having a specific strategy to identify the challenges facing the sector, how to reach the target customer and study the market periodically.

 

In a related context, Jamal Hamed, a member of the Board of Directors, said that "The Address Consultancy" is responsible for training and raising the skills of the company's marketers to learn about all the projects put on the market through intensive training courses, study all the projects, and collect all the details on each project to improve the performance of the real estate market.

 

Ahmed Mustafa, a member of the Board of Directors, said that the coastal projects account for 35% of the sales of "The Address Consultancy" and the company aims to increase this percentage in El Alamein and El Gala this year, especially with the launch of new projects in that region during the summer season.

 

Hadi Ahmed , Member of the Board of Directors said that the company plans to attract new Gulf investors to the Egyptian real estate market, especially for national projects, including the new administrative capital, Al Jalala, and Al Alamein, by providing a database of areas that attract investment and available opportunities.

 

Ahmed noted that the real estate market in Egypt is attractive to foreign investment, especially after the investment climate has been created, there are strong investment opportunities compared to other surrounding countries, in addition to competitive advantages from cheaper prices and operational costs for projects that add purchasing power to the Egyptian market.
