“Badreldin” ties up with world leading companies to provide innovative products

Competition involving real estate companies in the Egyptian market is no longer triggering only price wars nor a contest over payment schemes and delivery dates, but also a fight over quality and innovation, as both are becoming among the key factors qualifying developers to win this raging race, and both are dictating the bids of all companies, especially those with high-profile track record.

The latest projects

The execution of the largest medical recreational premium serviced project and the 1st “Downtown” in West Cairo

Arkan Real Estate Investments, a subsidiary of Badreldin Group, started one of the most salient partnership projects with the Urban Communities Authority, which is expected to trigger a real estate boom in West Cairo: the 205 project in Sheikh Zayed City.

By launching 205 project, Badreldin aims at creating a new hub and the 1st Downtown in West Cairo.

205 project stretches over 205 feddans in Sheikh Zayed City, and thus creating the 1st downtown in West Cairo.

205 project occupies the most distinguished plot of land across West Cairo and has 1 km southern forefront overlooking 26 Axis Road, and 1.2 km northern forefront overlooking El Bostan St., which includes the most illustrious brands, such as Arkan and Americana Plaza.

Tie-ups with world renowned entities

Tying up with the world renowned CCC to start carrying out the project

Badreldin Group is keen on collaborating with world companies in areas of making outlines, designs and carrying out constructions, together with management and operation.

Badreldin Group disclosed its alliance with Badreldin Constructions CCC, with the aim of launching the joint venture of Badr El Deen - CCC.

Arkan Palm, a subsidiary of Badreldin, tied up with Badr El Deen - CCC to carry out the ١st phases of West Cairo’s 205 Project, which Akan Palm develops in partnership with the New Urban Communities Authority.

Badreldin Construction’s cooperation with CCC is a pioneering stride that fosters the introduction of high-end products commensurate with the huge development and construction drive masterminded by the state.

 

Badreldin Construction - CCC’s alliance will carry out the 1st phase over a space of 40000 m and a built- up area totaling 70000 m - heights inclusive, as each building consists of a ground floor and 9 repeated floors.

The project is scheduled to be finalized in 14 months, as Arkan Palm is set to start handing out the 1st phase in the span of two years and a half, one year and three months ahead of the pre-set delivery date, as the alliance will execute the remaining constructions in the residential area, upon the completion of the 1st phase.

Space of the residential area at 205 Project amounts to 200000 m, with the built-up area constituting up to 260000 m, not to mention 26 buildings with fully finished premium serviced units.

The layout and operation

Savills is in charge of operation and Intercontinental will run the premium serviced apartments

Arkan Palm awarded the general layout of “205” project to the U.S-based “Genzler,” the first-rated worldwide, together with top Egyptian consultants, including “Raef Fahmi Architect”, “Rami El Dahan” and “Dar Al Handasah,” in order to make designs for the project’s diverse components, so as to enhance creativity and distinctiveness.

“Arkan Palm” contracted with Savills International to take charge of operating the project and with “Intercontinental” to manage the premium serviced apartments.

A contract is signed with «Al Safaa Medical City» to operate the medical city and arrange ownerships

Currently, negotiations with a swathe of top brands are underway, as the project consists of more than one hotel. Just recently, an agreement was signed with Al Safaa Medical City to arrange ownership and operate “205” project’s medical city, which consists of a hospital, out-patient clinics, laboratories and rays analysis centers, etc.

It also encompasses a residence for the sick and the elderly. Arkan Palm is charged with marketing the out-patient clinics in cooperation with Savills for Asset Management.

“205” project’s distinctiveness

The project spans West Cairo’s tallest tower with a height of 150m

“205” project consists of a 150m tower with 45 storeys, the tallest in West Cairo.

The built-up area of “205” project, amounting to 30%, contains a 2km river that surrounds the residential area, separating the housing from the services sections. There are more than 36 underground garages.

The project’s minutest details that maintain sustainability and quality of life for customers have been observed, as they include the provision of facades designed to lower heat load and healthy environment with zero harmful emissions.
