The 8th Edition of Nile Properties to be launched in Riyadh Next November

Expo Republic, a leading exhibitions organizer, is set to launch the 8th Edition of Nile Properties in Riyadh, KSA, next November with the participation of Egypt’s leading real estate developers.

Basem Kelila: leading developers are showing interest in taking part in Nile Properties following successes achieved during the Exhibition’s previous editions. 

Dr. Basem Kelila, chairman at Expo Republic, highlighted the leading developers’ keenness on taking part in Nile Properties Exhibition in the wake of successes achieved during last year’s edition held in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.

A number of major companies will announce  their participation in the exhibition in the upcoming few days, he noted. 

Nile Properties Exhibition to be held from 24 to 26 November 

He disclosed the company’s keenness on signing contracts with major serious-minded credible companies  with outstanding track record and projects tailored to fulfill needs of clients in Gulf States countries. He referred to interest expressed by a quite large swaths of clients in the Gulf States as regards projects in the New Administrative Capital and the 4th Generation Cities. 

The Egyptian market, according to Kelila, is home to a large number of serious-minded developers who are exhibiting high-end projects. Additionally, the market rolls out varied products that are tailored to satisfy mayriad needs  and tastes of clients as well as varied repayment schemes and installment terms of 8 to 10 years.

He underscored the fact that the companies are showcasing products with distinguished offers and facilities during Nile Properties Exhibition, adding that the previous edition helped unravel needs  of clients inside KSA,  optimizing  exhibitors’ ability at deploying  client-fitting facilities and repayment schemes.

Since its inception back in 2017, Nile Properties made it possible for the Egyptian developers to showcase their projects in the Arab Gulf States and help carry out the Egyptian state’s property exporting plan. Nile Properties is amongst Egypt’s early exhibitions that supported property exporting efforts.
