MARAKEZ, one of Egypt’s leading mixed-use developers is awarded a prestigious win to add to its previous ones. District 5 by MARAKEZ was selected by the Global Retail and Leisure (RLI) distinguished juries as the winner of the Most Anticipated Opening for its commercial project; District 5, in addition to being nominated under the awards’ “2022 Developer of the Year” category.
The global award recognizes achievements and ground-breaking projects around the world, celebrating the most visionary and innovative retail and leisure concepts from across the globe. Following a hybrid edition last year, this year, Global RLI comes to Riyadh, bringing the highly coveted award to a land abounding with various opportunities.

MARAKEZ has received the “Most Anticipated Opening” award for its District 5 in recognition of its architectural excellence and its unique and innovative concept that brings creativity and modernism to the local community that is eagerly awaiting the opening of the cutting-edge facility.
