El Batal Developments contracts with Thyssenkrupp affiliated to TKE to supply elevators and escalators for Rock Capital 1، Rock Gold Mall

El Batal Developments Co. announced a contract with Thyssenkrupp which affiliated to TKE، one of the largest leading companies، to supply elevators and escalators for two projects:  the Rock Capital 1 in the New Administrative Capital (NAC)، and Rock Gold Mall in the 5th Settlement، for achieving the highest quality rates.

Emad Doss،  El Batal Developments' CEO and Managing Director، stated that the cooperation with "Thyssenkrupp" came according to its possession of a competitive advantage by using advanced digital solutions، and the pursuit of the highest levels of quality and sustainability، through which it offers solutions for  preserving building spaces without wasting،  reducing  waiting time، and providing advanced technologies in safety and periodic and modern maintenance.

A distinguished business precedent

He affirmed that El Batal Developments Company seeks always to select the leading companies for its projects، especially since Thyssenkrupp has a distinguished business precedent for the benefit of different sectors، and among the projects it has implemented are  Cairo International Airport، Sharm El-Sheikh International Airport، Hurghada International Airport،  the National Bank of Egypt، the National Museum of Civilization، and the Children's Cancer Hospital، as well as Hilton Heliopolis Tours and Royal Maxim Palace Kempinski hotels.

He indicated that El Batal Developments has succeeded in achieving the highest implementation rates for its projects، especially the two projects: Rock Capital 1 in the New Administrative Capital and Rock Gold Mall in the 5th Settlement، noting that quality and seriousness are the main features of the company for more than 40 years.

The Rock Capital 1 project is considered the largest administrative building in the Governmental District of the New Administrative Capital (NAC)  where El Batal Developments Company  completed concrete works months ago، so that it becomes a candidate to be one of the first private sector companies to deliver administrative buildings in the Governmental District of the NAC  according to the current implementation rates.

The  Rock Capital 1  project won the "Luxury Life style award 2023"، which is one of El Batal Developments projects، and the award was classified as the best luxury commercial development project in 2023.
