MODON Development to launch residential and hotel apartments، Golden Square، with 10% down payment

MODON Development Co. has announced the launch of its latest project in the "Golden Square"، in New Cairo، in accordance with the implementation of its expansion plan which aims to provide premium، distinctive and diverse projects that grant an added value to the Egyptian market.

Fully finished hotel units

Modon Development Co. offers fully finished hotel units through its latest projects in Golden Square on Al-Nawadi Street in the Fifth Settlement. 
MODON Development Co. is offering units of its latest projects in partnership with RO Company، with facilities including a 10% down payment and installments of up to 8 years. 
MODON Development Co. is preparing to launch two other projects، one in East Cairo and the other on the North Coast.
Ahmed Osama، CEO of MODON Development، stated that the company is achieving the highest completion rates with its 7 projects currently being implemented in the New Administrative Capital.

The school has been completed

Ahmed Osama، MODON Development's CEO، indicated that the school that the company is implementing in the capital has been completed، and high implementation rates are being achieved in the other 6 projects. 
These 6 projects include the Tower،  Modon Hotel & residence، Modon mega tower، Central iconic tower، Green River tower and M business tower.
He revealed that senior consulting offices will be hired to provide a distinguished، premium،  and creative design for its new project.
