Mountain View Unveils Latest Project Plage in North Coast with Total Investments of EGP 90bn

Mountain View for Development and Real Estate Investment has announced the launch of its latest project، "Plage،" in the North Coast، with a total investment of EGP 90 billion. 

The new project، encompassing 900 acres، presents an array of experiences، including "The Wave Plage" and "The Greek Plage،" which are the initial offerings to be unveiled. Each experience boasts unparalleled and uninterrupted views of Sidi Abdel Rahman، capturing the essence of coastal living aligning with the company's vision of "Bringing Life to Land and Spreading Happiness Around Us.”
Strategically located in the heart of Sidi Abdel Rahman at kilometer 120 on the Alexandria-Marsa Matrouh Road; the project is two and a half hours from Cairo and close to prominent landmarks، major roads، and entertainment and commercial areas of the North Coast.

"The Greek Plage،" the second distinctive experience is inspired by contemporary Greek design as well.
