SIAC Real Estate Development Inks Strategic Partnerships with Key Specialized Entities to Build an Integrated Smart Ecosystem at “Rewaya”, Sheikh Zayed

The leading real estate company, Siac Developments, a subsidiary of the top-notch Group, SIAC Holding, has proudly announced the signing of a series of partnerships and Memoranda of Understanding (MoUs) with a group of key player companies across multiple sectors. The partnerships include Vodafone Egypt, and E Power. In addition to the MoUs with Active Brains Consulting Group (ABCG), SIAC Asset & Facility Management, and NatGas, aiming to deliver a fully integrated, high-quality service ecosystem for its latest flagship project, “Rewaya.” through a diverse range of high-quality services.

The agreements were signed by Eng. Nahla Al-Ebeiary, CEO of SIAC Real Estate Development; Eng. Karim Kamel, Head of Marketing | Fixed Broadband & Gated Communities at Vodafone Egypt, Eng. Sherif Ahmed, CEO of SIAC Assets & Facility Management; Eng. Ahmed Nady, CEO of E Power, Eng. Mahmoud Hassan, Executive Director of NatGas, and Dr. Sherif Abdel Baky, Managing Director of ABCG, during a press conference held at SIAC Developments' headquarters in Sheikh Zayed City.

The collaborations bring together expertise in telecommunications, engineering consultancy, facility management, and energy solutions to create a smart, sustainable, and fully integrated residential community. Spanning 17 acres with total investments reaching EGP 5 billion, “Rewaya” boasts a strategic, prime location in the heart of Sheikh Zayed, at Al Nozha Street. The project is designed to set a new benchmark for modern living by integrating advanced technology with operational excellence from the earliest stages of development, embracing the specialized experiences of Siac Developments’ partners, ensuring long-term investment returns, project sustainability, and an exceptional experience for residents.

A number of highly experienced companies, known for their strong track records and large-scale projects in their respective fields, are contributing to these memoranda of understanding. Among them “Vodafone Egypt”, which will serve as the smart technological backbone of the “Rewaya” project. The company will implement high-speed connectivity, smart building solutions, and Internet of Things (IoT)-based systems to support digital services, security, and smart facility management.

In the field of facility management and ensuring continuity post sales and delivery, the role of SIAC Assets and Facility Management comes into play, taking responsibility for post-construction operations to ensure efficient building management, maintenance, and operational excellence that preserves asset value in the long term and enhances the residents' experience. Eng. Sherif Ahmed, CEO of SIAC Asset and Facility Management, highlights the importance of the service the company will provide amidst the significant progress in the real estate development industry and the strong market competition, stating: "Our role begins where construction ends, but our planning starts now. This was confirmed by Eng.Ahmed Nada, CEO of E Power, who emphasized the importance of this step for the benefit of the 'Rewaya' project, mentioned: "Reliable and smart energy is the lifeblood of any modern construction project, and at E Power, we do not just provide electrical infrastructure, but we offer a smart energy ecosystem. Siac Developments did not stop at this point in developing the "Rewaya" project, but ensured collaboration with specialized partners to guarantee the provision of the highest levels of quality and efficiency. In this context, a "MoU" was signed for cooperation with the National Gas Company "NatGas," one of the subsidiaries of Valmor Holding Company, to study ways to implement gas infrastructure works and provide energy solutions for the project. NatGas is scheduled to contribute, leveraging its 25 years of experience in the field of natural gas delivery and distribution, to provide integrated and safe energy solutions, supporting the operational and commercial needs of the project in accordance with the highest standards of quality and safety.

In this context, Eng. Mahmoud Hasan, the CEO of NatGas, reported: “At NatGas, we strive to provide integrated energy solutions based on efficiency and reliability. We are pleased with this cooperation through the 'MoU' with Siac Developments. We are eager to apply our expertise to support the 'Rewaya' project with safe and sustainable infrastructure that aligns with the highest safety standards.”

To complete this system, a partnership was established with Active Brains Consulting Group (ABCG), which will be in charge of managing the quality of construction activities in the project and monitoring all works in line with the vision and values of 'Siac Developments,' achieving all wellness and sustainability goals at the highest standards to meet the needs and aspirations of clients. According to Dr. Sherif Abdel Baqi, the Managing Director of ABCG Group, who stated, “We are pleased with this important step that supports the progress of our business. “Reway’s construction works are progressing according to the planned schedule. The project spans 71,000 sqm of building area, including a wide range of residential units (apartments, duplexes, twin villas) designed by DMA for Design and Engineering Consultancy with European architectural influences, stone facades, and luxurious double-height entrances. The project is meticulously planned, with 78% of its area allocated to open spaces including shaded seating areas, green spaces, and diverse amenities, demonstrating Siac Development’s capability in innovation and quality, based on its experience with previous successful projects such as October Hills 1 & 2, Telal Al Gazeera,The Central, Majarrah complex, and Polaris Park.
