Nabil Habashi, Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs, Emigration and Egyptian Expatriates, said the Egyptian government has adopted a strategic approach to promoting Egyptian real estate internationally and attracting foreign currency inflows by supporting major global events that showcase the country’s property market overseas, including Nile Property Expo.

In exclusive remarks to Osoul Misr on the sidelines of the 20th edition of Nile Property Expo in London, Habashi said Egypt welcomes investors from around the world, offering a broad package of incentives, facilitation measures, and promising investment opportunities.

He noted that Nile Property Expo has created a valuable platform for both investors and Egyptians living abroad to explore the latest real estate developments available in Egypt.

Habashi also announced that the seventh edition of the Egyptians Abroad Conference will be held next August under the patronage of, and with the participation of, Badr Abdelatty, Minister of Foreign Affairs, Emigration and Egyptian Expatriates, alongside ministers and senior government officials.

The conference will address issues related to the welfare of Egyptian communities abroad and provide a platform to hear their views, proposals, and key concerns. A dedicated investment workshop will also be held, bringing together investors from a wide range of sectors.

The 20th edition of Nile Property Expo in London brings together many of Egypt’s leading real estate developers, including Tatweer Misr, ORA Developers, Nations of Sky, Orascom Development, El Gouna, Soma Bay, Housing and Development Properties (HDP), Paragon | Adeer, TOREC Developments, Horizon Egypt Developments, and A Capital Holding.
