Times Developments Launches Avelin Boutique’s Hospitality Component in Partnership with Lemon Spaces

Times Developments, a real estate development company, has announced the launch of the hospitality component of Avelin Boutique in New Cairo, in partnership with Lemon Spaces, a company specializing in the management and development of modern hospitality spaces.

The partnership will operate and manage 150 serviced apartments within Avelin. Total investments in the Avelin project exceed EGP 3 billion, covering the entire project.

The partnership aims to provide a modern hospitality experience supported by technology and artificial intelligence, amid growing demand for luxury hospitality properties.

Times Developments has completed 30% of Avelin’s construction before its official market launch, supporting the company’s delivery commitments and construction schedule.

Located in the Fifth Settlement in New Cairo, near Al Rehab City, Avelin spans 21 feddans and comprises two main components: Avelin Residence, offering one-, two-, and three-bedroom apartments and duplexes, in addition to the serviced apartments; and Mall T Hub, a commercial and administrative component spanning approximately 10,000 sqm.

Green areas and landscaping account for around 80% of the project’s total area, with fully underground parking provided across the development.

Times Developments also announced payment plans starting with a 5% down payment, with the remaining balance payable over up to 10 years.

Ahmed El-Sergany, Chairman and CEO of Times Developments, said the hospitality component supports Egypt’s efforts to promote real estate exports and tourism, particularly the country’s target of attracting 30 million tourists and increasing hotel capacity to 300,000 rooms by 2030.

He added that the company aims to maximize the value of real estate assets through fully integrated hospitality management, noting the rapid global growth of the serviced apartments sector.
