Honesty tops five morals shaping Al-Ahly Sabbour Development’s playbook

Al-Ahly Sabbour Developments is trying to follow in the footsteps of chairman Eng. Hussein Sabbour who acted in accord with rules and principles of the real estate development business honestly, according to  chief executive of Al-Ahly Sabbour Developments Eng. Ahmed Sabbour. 

“Al-Ahly Sabbour Developments’ expansion schemes are based on boosting its existing land portfolio, diversifying the real estate products and venturing into new cities and urban communities,” said  Eng. Ahmed Sabbour to Osool Misr magazine.

Eng. Ahmed Sabbour noted that his father’s playbook and tactics used to promote his own business since 1994 never overlooked the five morals of honesty, earnestness, law abidingness, delegating powers to employees and cooperating with colleagues and rivals professionally. 

“Earnestness overtops intelligence and smartness.. Law-abidingness is a cornerstone for building trust and gaining the confidence of clients and all workers in the real estate field.”

While seeking to build homes with superb quality and the highest level of comfort, we are  keen to give budget residential units to clients, said Ahmed. 

“ With the aim of enabling buyers to get the highest return on investments, the company never aspires to reap massive profits.”

In the period following the flotation of the Egyptian pound back in November 2016 as well as in 2003, Ahmed said that his company opted not to compromise  reservation forms, not even formal contracts, it signed off with clients. 

“  The company had to bear up to 42% hikes in construction costs, never resorted to pile up additional financial burdens on clients.”
