Beta Egypt inaugurates Golf Corner mall to serve a bustling October Gardens
Beta Egypt for Urban Development inaugurated 6th of October's Golf Corner mall.
Being adjacent to residential compounds in the likes of Golf Residence, Beta Gardens, Beta Greens and Beta Gardens, Golf Corner mall will cater to needs of up to 50 projects.
Beta Egypt, developer and owner of Golf Corner mall, has contacts with a number of renowned brands including Raya Market, Teatro, Lagoom, Peepos, Dotees and Dolce Bakery.
Additionally, Housing and Development Bank has just opened its first branch in October Gardens district. RE/MAX AB Property is based in the city alongside Decorita and 19011 Pharmacy whose new branch will be opened there soon.
With investments worth LE200mln, Golf Corner mall spreads over 6000 meters area, of which 7000 meters could be rented. The mall consists of a basement and a two-storey building.
