Al Ahly Sabbour inks MoU to build two Int'l Schools at Al Mostakbal City
Al Aly Sabbour Developments signed a memorandum of understanding with LVNG Learning environments to develop two international schools at Al Mostakbal City's City of Odyssey project spreading over an area of 30,000sqm and with investments totaling EGP650mln.
The two schools are scheduled to open their doors to students in 2023, as the two parties seek to combine their expertise in real estate and education respectively to render sophisticated educational apparatus.
"We are always keen to collaborate with tycoons so as to create partnerships and to bolster our vision comprising of producing upscale real estate products combing modernity with antiquity," said chief executive of Al Ahly Sabbour Eng. Ahmed Sabbour.
"The agreement is a leap towards establishing an enlightening cultural hub, and thus adding up a new advantage to stable living at The City of Oddessey, the most important project for us at the time being.”
" The project gives a breath of life to the so-called Golden Triangle bordering Al Mostakbal City, New Cairo and the New Administrative Capital."
On the other hand, chief executive of LVNG Learning environments Amr El Segeny said the company is keen to establish encouraging and inspiring educational environment so as to boost, develop and discover creative gifted skills in domains as diverse as sports, arts, culture and hygiene." We are pleased to develop and run this cultural and hygiene quarter at the City of Oddessey."
" We are adamant to get all credits from local and international institutions in order to ensure the delivery of prime educational services in line with the latest pedagogic studies and researches," he remarked.
Since 2015, LVNG learning environments has founded a model international educational complex at West Cairo consisting of Lycee Albert Campus, Montessori-based Evolution International School Method, IGCSE, IB Diploma Programme and Commission of International Schools.
The construction of City of Oddessey is underway in partnership with Al Mostakbal for Development and Real Estate Investment against an investment cost totaling EGP29bn.
The 7-phases project is located 15-minutes away from the American University in Cairo bordering the New Administrative Capital. Of the seven phases, three ones have been put up for sale.
The City of Oddessey has been meticulously structured so as to cater to tastes and needs of all clients and to provide utmost privacy with it constituting of duplex flats, villas, twin and town houses.
The city, due to deliver its first housing units late 2022, enjoys large green spaces and contains choice entertainment centers providing numerous services, artistic and cultural activities
