Misr Real Estate Management, developers launch mixed-use tower

Misr Real Estate Management said that it invited developers to take part in building a mixed-use tower at Nile  Corniche. 

The tower, set to be built over a 3687sqm plot of land, is situated at Abd El-Kader St. on Nile Corniche and licensed to use a 50% built-up area and reach a height of 142m.

Misr Real Estate Management has  set March 27 as a date for receiving bids, as bidders are required to submit their own track record documents,  proposals for uses with highest returns, latest accomplished works, their value, and returns together with the companies’ tax card, registration records and their 3-year budgets.

The bids are required to be submitted in enclosed envelopes addressing Misr Real Estate Management's chief executive, and acting chairperson and delivered to the company's downtown headquarter at Talaat Harb St.
