The world heaped praise on Egypt's new cities and infrastructure projects

The government works hand in hand with the private sector to bring in more investments

On the sidelines of Mipim Exhibition taking place currently in the French City of Cannes, a symposium, held to tackle the real estate projects set up recently in   Egypt, was attended by Deputy Minister of Housing for National Projects Eng. Khalid Abbas together with experts at Urban Development Institute in Europe, U.K-based Real Estate Fund and j.L.L Co.  Real  Estate consulting.

 

During the symposium, Eng. Khalid  Abbas  showed off efforts exerted by the  Egyptian state in the urban development domain and the 4^th Generation Cities which are under construction.  He alluded to the state's sincere interest in sustainable development and the creation of a high-quality living standards for next generations, while asserting that the existing projects can create millions of job opportunities for the youths

 The attendees hailed the progress that has been achieved so far in urban development in Egypt, together with the drive to set up new cities and infrastructure, as they asserted that the world is monitoring what is happening in Egypt right now, as what is happening constitute an amazing leap into the future. The new cities have been built while due attention was paid to the infrastructure of a nation that is supposed to be developing. But all what is happening in Egypt is becoming more and more conspicuous, they maintained.  

 

What is happening in Egypt is a sheer success, particularly in infrastructure, the high-quality of living and the New Cities projects which observes the environmental standards as well as the climate change, they maintained.

Managers of mutual funds and real estate consulting firms  extoled Egypt's pavilion in Mipim Exhibition, as they noted that what is happening in this sector right now demonstrates its insistence to take serious-minded steps in the global investments realm as well as the real estate sector.

Multi-layered investments are likely to come to the country in the future to the advantage of future generations, they concurred.
