HDP showcases 12 developments across East and West Cairo, North Coast, and three New Alamein towers at London Nile Property Expo
Housing and Development Properties (HDP), the real estate arm of Housing and Development Bank, is participating in the 20th edition of Nile Property Expo in London, showcasing investment opportunities across 12 developments in East Cairo, West Cairo, and the North Coast.
At the exhibition, the company is unveiling three residential towers in New Alamein for the first time, offering units starting from 40 sq m. The towers feature panoramic sea views and a diverse range of unit types and layouts.
HDP is also offering exclusive incentives during the exhibition, including payment plans with down payments as low as 1% and instalment periods of up to 14 years.
In exclusive remarks to Osoul Misr during Nile Property Expo, the company said its participation reflects its ongoing strategy to expand its customer base and strengthen the international marketing of its portfolio, particularly through differentiated developments tailored to the needs of overseas buyers.
As part of the exhibition, HDP is also showcasing a selection of flagship developments owned by the New Urban Communities Authority (NUCA), reflecting the strategic partnership between the two entities.
Radisson Blu partnership at The Island
HDP, in partnership with Tulua Developments, has also announced the signing of a strategic agreement with Radisson Blu, one of the world’s leading hospitality brands, to develop and operate a five-star hotel within Blu Stays, the final phase of The Island, the company’s flagship waterfront development located in the Ministers’ Peninsula area of Marina 5.
The partnership reflects HDP’s commitment to delivering integrated hospitality and branded accommodation experiences aligned with the highest international standards.
Under the agreement, Radisson Blu will manage a five-star hotel comprising 175 guest rooms and suites, offering a broad mix of accommodation, including standard and family rooms, luxury suites, and a presidential suite. The hotel is designed to deliver a world-class hospitality experience for both guests and investors.
Blu Stays represents the final phase of The Island, the flagship waterfront development launched last year as one of Marina’s premier luxury destinations.
The development occupies a prime location within the Ministers’ Peninsula, one of the area’s most exclusive addresses. Stretching nearly 2,000 metres and surrounded by water on all sides, the island offers a distinctive lifestyle and hospitality proposition combining privacy, luxury, and uninterrupted views of both the Mediterranean Sea and the lagoon.
