Egyptian Developers to start delivering "Jaya East" project in Shorouk City as part of its plan  to enhance clients' trust

Egyptian Developers company announced the starting of the initial delivery of "Jaya East" project in Shorouk City ,next August, which follows the completion of all construction works and reaching the final stages of finishing, reflecting the company's commitment to implement its projects according to the scheduled timelines.

Dr. Abdelrahman Abu Zeid, Chairman of Egyptian Developers, said that the starting of the project's delivery represents a significant milestone in the company's journey, and highlights its ability to fulfill its commitments to its clients by implementing projects that add real investment value and apply the real estate market needs.

He added that the company has completed all construction works and electromechanical systems, while the  finishing work reached approximately 98% completed, which ensures the delivery of a fully integrated and operational project, in accordance with the technical and engineering specifications to which the company has adhered since the project's inception.

He Stated that Jaya East is one of the high-quality projects that is targeted to reshape the commercial and administrative landscape of El Shorouk City, being the first fully operational mixed-use development on Gamal Abdel Nasser Axis, aligning with the rapid urban and population growth that the city and its surrounding areas are experiencing.

Moreover, he said that the project will serve a wide segment of the population in East Cairo, including El Shorouk City, New Heliopolis, and Sodic East Compound, in addition to the surrounding major residential communities, contributing to the creation of an integrated commercial, administrative, and medical destination that meets the needs of the region and supports its economic activity.

He pointed out that the project is developed on a built-up area of ​​11,000 square meters and includes commercial, administrative, and medical units distributed along a ground floor and four upper floors, providing a comprehensive real estate product that applies to the needs of investors, brand owners, and providers of medical and administrative services.

He emphasized that the project's strategic location is one of its most prominent advantages, as it is situated on Gamal Abdel Nasser Axis, one of the most vital axes in El Shorouk City, near the Light Rail Transit (LRT) station, Madinty City, opposite to Sakan Misr project, and close to the Suez and Ismailia roads,In addition, the project features a 110-meter main frontage, providing excellent visibility and strong commercial exposure.
