Porto Marina-El Almein certified to receive guests during Eid Fitr feast
Porto Marina-El Almein was certified by both ministries of Health and and Population (MoHP) and Tourism & Antiquities (MoTA) to receive tourists during the days of the Muslim feast of Eid Fitr.
Porto Marina-El Almein, a five-star hotel overlooking the Mediterranean Sea and offers luxury rooms and suites, got a certification from Egypt’s MoHP and MoTA testifying that the hotel met the general regulations for hotels and resorts and becamelicensed to receive guests with a maximum of 25% of its total capacity.
These guidelines, approved by both World Health Organization and the Ministerial Cabinet, regulateoperation for domestic tourism in the first stage (experimental operation) as of May 15,2020 with a maximum of 25% of the total hotel capacity (including day-use).
By June 1,2020, hotels meeting these guidelines may start to receive guests at a maximum of 50% of the total capacity.
