Sabbour Consulting picked for NAC’s Diamond City

UK-based Allianz WorldWide Consortium picked Sabbour Consulting for the New Administrative Capital’s Diamond City Project.

Sabbour Consulting will provide all world-class engineering advice and design to the consortium and to the project which is a landmark development taking shape at the heart of the New Administrative Capital, according to Sabbour Consulting Eng. Omar Sabbour.

Signing ceremony was attended by representatives from Sabbour Consulting and the Administrative Capital Urban Development (ACUD).

Diamond City is due to be built over 2.5 million square meters area with investments worth LE100bn in the span of 8 years.

Diamond City is a mixed-use project providing residential, administrative, commercial, educational and cultural services.

Egypt-based Al Ahly for Real Estate Development would take part in the project as a co-developer, Eng. Omar Sabbour added.

“ The project consists of towers in heights ranging from 60 to 180 meters,” said Eng. Mohmed Ghourab, head of Projects Division at Sabbour Consulting.
