Owning units at Zed requires the payment of 5% up front

Naguib Sawiris’ Ora Developers said owning residential units in ZED project requires the payment of 5% up front alongside a payment scheme over  9 years, as prices of one sqm range from EGP22,000 to 24,000   for fully-finished units with air-conditioners. One unit, costing EGP2,200,000, has a space of 104sqm. 

All buildings at ZED compound have large entrances with reception services being rendered in a fashion similar to that of hotels.

Monthly installments range from EGP17,000 to 19,000 with delivery taking place in the span of four years. 

Ora Developers, a real estate company that rolled out a plethora of deluxe  properties, is chaired by Eng. and businessman Naguib Sawiris. The company’s projects include Fifth Settlements’ ZED East and Sheikh Zayed’s Zayed Towers, as the company excels at picking attractive locations for its projects.
