Bardeldin Developments starts 195m townhouses at Kayan compound

Badreldin Developments, a subsidiary of El Badr Group, is launching Kayan Compound on a 100 acres plot of land West Cairo.

According to chairperson of Badreldin Developments Tamer Badreldin, the company is starting a new phase at Kayan Compound consisting of townhouses with units of 195m spaces, the latest outstanding product that Badreldin Developments introduces to the Egyptian market.

"The Coronavirus-induced worsening economic conditions facing the world have squeezed the purchasing powers of clients, driving them to seek seminal products fitting in with their needs at affordable prices," he said.

"Therefore, Dadreldin Developments bore in mind building townhouses with less than 200m spaces in order to launch a product smacking of the kind of Badreldin's excellence along with the affordable prices."

The company is always desirous to kick off trailblazing products that put up with global changes and updates in the construction market and needs of the target customers, he added.  

 Kayan Compound comprises 1,600 housing units with spaces ranging from 60 to 195 m and a built-up area totaling 200,000m.

He said that the project provides the most preminent services, together with green spaces, running areas, and children’s play areas, with the utility load not exceeding 16%.

Badreldin Developments is floating a variety of payment schemes for the project, with  plans of up to six years on fully finished and semi-finished units. The project  is scheduled to be deliver  in 2022, Badreldin said.

As regards its future plans, Eng. Tamer Badreldin said that the company is mulling myriad   opportunities in light of its keenness to expand and initiate lofty products in the real estate market.
