Mabany Edris launches Green 6 at 6th of October at LE1bn investments

The compound includes 355 units with spaces starting off at 110 m

Mabany Edris for Real Estate Development announced the launch of Green 6 compound at 6th of October City's Tawasuat Shamalia at LE1bn investments.

According to chief executive at Mabany Edris Eng. Mohamed Edris, Green 6 compound falls within the company's 2021's expansion plan and culminates a series of trailblazing Green compounds and real estate products  for which the company  took all the credit.

Green 6 compound is set to be built over 12 acres and to include 355 residential units with spaces ranging from 110 to 250 m, together with myriad services including, vast green areas,  a social club  with a swimming pool, a court, a social building,  lanes for athletics, kids area, underground garage, 24-hours maintenance and security services.

"The company is willing to start new projects late 2022 at remarkable locations at the new Urban Communities," said he, adding the real estate sector remained robust and rife with investment opportunities, even when coronavirus pandemic struck last year. "Taking decisions such as cutting the interest rates for deposits will coax savers to inject more investments into properties."

Epic projects launched by the state in the infrastructure, roads and the 4th generation cities help bring in local and foreign investments.

Mabany Edris has poured in investments in the Upper Egypt's  Asayla  compound at the heart of New Assiut City and managed to score hefty sales there in the face of coronavirus-driven implications, testifying to market stamina and the real demand for properties in Upper Egypt and the governorates.

Built over 130sqm plot of land on the highway, Asayla compound overlooks all the city's landmarks and is situated in close proximity to the Smart Village, and the two universities of New Assiut and Sphinx.

Asayla compound has LE1.250bn investments and is made up of various styles ranging from town, townhouses and standalone villas with spaces of 200 to 350 sqm.
