Akam Developments to deliver its NAC's compounds late this year

In line with its expansion policy, the company is buying plots of lands in NAC, New Al-mein and Galala City 

Akam Developments is looking to deliver the first phase of its Scenario project at the New Administrative Capital late this year.

The Company is set to deliver Scenario's all units during 2023, well ahead of schedule, making good on its strategy, Akam Developments' sales officer Mohamed Amer said to Osoul Misr Magazine on the sidelines of The Real Gate Exhibition.  

The company has sold up to 89 percent of Scenario's units, while finishing off up to 46 percent of construction works at the 4-phase compound.

Scenario, recording up to EGP3.4bn sales so far, is situated on an area of 40 feddans in the New Administrative Capital City, with 49 buildings and 1600 housing units in total.

Selling the entire first phase of Scene7 

SCENE7, launched back in October, is situated in R7 district over 40 acres and consists of 1600 units. It is the first residential project to include a group of the largest international sports academies inside the compound. Moreover, it includes a plethora of playgrounds and covered halls for various sports activities, a main swimming pool, together with a commercial mall. 

Mohamed disclosed that the company has completed the sale of all units in the first phase of its NAC's SCENE7 development and 80 percent of the second phase, while finishing off up to 19 percent of the project.

Prices at Scene7 range from EGP10,800 to 15,500 per meter.

Akam Developments, having expansion plans fitting in with the state's development agenda, is still interested in obtaining plots of lands in the New Administrative Capital City, along with New Al-mein City and Al Galala City.
