AOG Developments Launches Lugano Ras Sidr and Lugano El Galala Phase 2 at Cityscape 2025

AOG Developments announced its participation in Cityscape Egypt 2025, which kicked off on Wednesday, September 24, and will continue until September 27, 2025, at the Egypt International Exhibition Center (EIEC) in New Cairo. The company is offering a  package of offers and facilities for its tourism projects in Ain Sokhna and Ras Sidr.

The company is participating in Cityscape 2025 with its two projects, Lugano El Galala in Ain Sokhna and Lugano Ras Sidr, as part of its expansion plan in the Egyptian real estate market, following the successes it has achieved since the beginning of the year.

Payment plans start from as little as 5% down payment with a 15% discount on the Lugano El Galala project, as well as payment periods of up to 8 years. He pointed out that the company is launching a new phase of the Lugano El Galala project, called BRENO, during Cityscape 2025. This follows the great success of the first phase, launched last February, which sold out on the first day of its launch. Lugano El Galala is AOG Developments' first project in the Egyptian market since its launch in early 2025. He added that an 80-square-meter unit starts at EGP 2.5 million, and after the exhibition discount, the price reaches EGP 2 million, with fully finished units delivered.

Lugano Ras Sidr is located at kilometer 40 on an area of ​​94 acres and features a limited building area, with the majority of the area allocated to green spaces, swimming pools, artificial lakes, and recreational facilities. The project includes an integrated set of services and activities, including a beach clubhouse, a garden clubhouse, an extended sports walkway, a children's play area, a water sports center, various sports fields, padel courts, multiple swimming pools, a mosque, restaurants, and an integrated shopping mall, ensuring a lifestyle that combines luxury, comfort, and nature.

Omar confirmed that the company has already begun construction work on the Ras Sidr project before the official launch of units, confirming its commitment to seriousness and credibility with its customers. The first phase of the project is scheduled to be delivered within three and a half years.
