El Attal showcases PARKLANE's upscale apartments at Next Move Exhibition
During its participation in Next Move Exhibition from 27 to 29 May at Cairo International Conference Center, El-Attal Holding, a leading Egyptian developer, is set to showcase a whole building consisting of hotel apartments “H” at the New Administrative Capital’s PARKLANE, together with a number of hotel fully-finished apartments at Bayside inside South Sinai’s Ras Sidr.
“H” Building occupies a unique position within the 4th phase of PARKLANE , 7th Housing District, and a strategic location within area R7, district D2.
The 7-storey building, made up of hotel apartments, encompasses 71 hotel apartments with investments estimated at EGP200mln, as delivery is planned to start within 42 months.

At Next Move, El-Attal Holdings showcases a limited number of fully-finished and furnished hotel apartments at Bayside in South Sinai’s Ras Sidr.
Units of Bayside feature facades directly overlooking the sea as well as captivating fascinating designs, all of which are made by CEO of Hany Saad Innovations Eng. Hany Saad, and chairperson of Yaser El-Beltagy Engineering and Architecture Consultancy Dr. Yaser El Beltagy who enjoys 25-year expertise and a track record encompassing 1200 projects in Egypt and abroad, namely the architectural designs of several top projects at NAC and New Al mein.
On the other hand, CEO of El Attal Holding Eng. Mohamed Al Attal was feeling upbeat about taking part in Next Move Exhibition.

It’s noteworthy that the 4-phased “H” Building is part of NAC’S PARKLANE and is built with investments estimated at EGP4bn over 27 acres in R7 district.
It includes 1100 varied units, ranging from duplex apartments, penthouses, studios, administrative and commercial units.
Up to 50% and 15% of first and second phases respectively have been completed, as the company eyes the completion of the first phase during 2021.
All phases are scheduled to be finalized late 2023, as sales reached 80% of the entire project.
