El Batal Developments wins the"2023 Luxury Life style award" for "Rock Capital1"in NAC

El-Batal Developments has won the "Luxury Life style award 2023" for its pioneering project، "Rock Capital 1" in the New Administrative Capital (NAC).

The "Luxury Life style award" classified the "Rock Capital 1" project as the best luxury commercial development project in 2023.

The "Luxury Life style award" is keen on selecting distinguished projects in various industrial sectors، according to very precise global standards.

Innovative projects

The international award crowns the efforts of "El-Batal Developments " to implement innovative projects in the Egyptian market، taking into account the latest construction methods and international technical standards.

Eng. Emad Doss، El Batal Developments' CEO and Managing Director، stated that the "Rock Capital 1" project gaining of the "Luxury Life style award" is considered as a testament to the building's adherence to the highest international standards and its meeting the needs of multinational companies and major brands، which  prove that the Egyptian market owns distinguished products and contributes to achieving the goals of the state and developers by supporting the real estate export file.

He affirmed that El Batal Developments was keen to cooperate with senior consultants to implement the "Rock Capital 1" project، such as the international architect Hazel Wong from the famous architectural office WSW Architects، who designed the building.

He added that there was cooperation with the Cracknell office for landscape design، while the planning work was implemented by the consulting office Ted Jacob Engineering Group، and the ECG office was the general consultant.

A direct view of the Presidential Palace

The "Rock Capital 1" project is the largest administrative edifice in the governmental district of the New Administrative Capital and it has a direct view of the Presidential Palace.

The "Rock Capital 1" project provides administrative spaces of up to 9000 square meters per floor، and its total built-up area is 100،000 square meters. 

"Rock Capital 1" consists of two underground floors with an area of 22 thousand square meters equipped for electric cars، and a ground floor as well as  7 upper storeys. 

El Batal Developments is preparing to start handing over the "Rock Capital 1" project in 2024.
