The collaboration with MIDAR will achieve a qualitative shift in the Egyptian market

MIDAR and SODIC Sign Partnership to Develop 500 Acres with Investments Exceeding EGP 110 Billion

MIDAR Investment and Urban Development and Sixth of October Development Company (SODIC) signed a strategic partnership agreement to develop a 500-acre project within the Mada project, with investments exceeding EGP 110 billion. 

Engineer Ayman El-Kousy, CEO and Managing Director of MIDAR, stated that MIDAR owns the largest land portfolio in East Cairo, noting that the total number of companies developing land in Mostakbal City and Mada is approximately 28.

He added that the partnership with SODIC falls within the framework of the company's strategy to achieve the state's vision of establishing integrated and sustainable urban communities.

He explained that the Mada project represents a qualitative addition to the development system in East Cairo. 

For his part, Engineer Ayman Amer, General Manager of SODIC, stated that this contract increases the company's land portfolio to 2,000 acres. He noted that the collaboration with MIDAR will achieve a qualitative shift in the Egyptian market, thanks to the vision and expertise of both companies. 

He explained that SODIC has recently achieved a sales increase of more than 300%, reflecting the strength of its operational performance and the success of the company's expansion strategy.

MIDAR Investment and Urban Development, the master developer of Mostakbal City and Mada cities in New Cairo, has obtained the international ISO certification in the fields of quality management, occupational health and safety, and environmental management, making it one of the first companies operating in the investment and urban development sector in Egypt to achieve this accomplishment. This reinforces its position as the founder and master developer of integrated, sustainable, green, and smart residential cities. 

MIDAR 's acquisition of the ISO 9001 Quality Management System, ISO 45001 Occupational Health and Safety System, and ISO 14001 Environmental Management System certifications underscores the company's commitment to implementing the highest international standards.
