Cityscape Egypt, the leading real estate event in Egypt and the region, announced the signing of a strategic partnership with global real estate consultancy Knight Frank, making the firm the official Content and Knowledge Partner for the 15th edition of the exhibition and summit.

This partnership comes as part of Cityscape’s efforts to strengthen its position as an integrated platform that brings together investment and knowledge. The event goes beyond showcasing real estate opportunities to providing developers, investors, and decision-makers with the latest data, insights, and trusted analysis. Under this collaboration, Knight Frank will provide exclusive knowledge content and market analysis as part of the exhibition and summit program, enriching discussions around the future of the real estate sector and offering investors and developers deeper insights into market trends at both the local and regional levels. This will enable more informed investment decisions, while contributing to greater transparency and supporting sustainable growth across the real estate sector.

Knight Frank is one of the world’s leading real estate consultancies, with investors, developers, and decision-makers relying on its reports for analytical insights into market trends, capital flows, and emerging investment opportunities.

In this context, the company’s latest report on the Egyptian real estate market for 2025 revealed growing interest in the market among global and regional investors. New Capital topped the list of the most attractive residential destinations at 33.9%, followed by the North Coast at 28%, and New Cairo at 27.1%. The New Capital also ranked first among major projects attracting investors, at 38.4%, followed by New Zayed, Mostakbal City, and El Alamein collectively at 26.7%.

The report also highlighted strong indicators of continued growth in Gulf investors’ interest in the Egyptian market in 2026, with 49% of Saudi investors and 36% of UAE investors expressing an intention to invest. The report indicated that 51% of investors plan to purchase properties as holiday homes, compared to 20% for primary residences and 13% for capital investment purposes. Residential real estate ranked as the most attractive sector at 61%, followed by office space at 49%, and branded residences at 45%.

Within the luxury real estate segment, 81% of global investors expressed interest in purchasing branded residences. The report also revealed variations in investment budgets, with 24% allocating less than USD 1 million, compared to 20% with budgets ranging between USD 20 million and USD 30 million, and 16% allocating between USD 2 million and USD 3 million. By nationality, German investors recorded the highest average purchase budget at USD 17.7 million, followed by UAE investors at USD 16.2 million, Saudi investors at USD 9.4 million, and UK investors at USD 5 million, while the average budget among US investors stood at approximately USD 400,000.

Robier Daniel, Cityscape Egypt Exhibition Director, said: “The real estate sector has undergone significant transformation in recent years, and investors and developers now require more than a platform to showcase projects; they are also looking for knowledge, data, and analysis. This is where our partnership with Knight Frank comes in, representing an important step in Cityscape Egypt’s evolution into an integrated platform that brings together the exhibition, summit, and trusted analysis. This will help stakeholders across the sector gain a deeper understanding of the market, identify future opportunities, and enhance the quality of investment decisions.”

Zeinab Adel, Partner and Head of Egypt at Knight Frank, said: “The Egyptian real estate market is experiencing an important phase of growth and development, supported by major urban development projects and growing interest from regional and international investors. This makes access to accurate data and independent analysis more important than ever. Our partnership with Cityscape Egypt provides an opportunity to bring these insights directly to developers, investors, and decision-makers, contributing to greater transparency and supporting investment decisions based on a clear understanding of market dynamics.”

It is worth noting that Cityscape Egypt Exhibition and Conference is the largest platform bringing together real estate developers, investors, and industry experts in the Egyptian market. Beyond showcasing the latest real estate projects, the event offers a comprehensive knowledge program through Cityscape Talks, featuring panel discussions and specialized workshops addressing the future of the real estate sector, sustainability, smart cities, new real estate products, and investment trends. This further reinforces Cityscape’s position as a platform that brings together investment, knowledge, and the future of the real estate sector.
