El Gouna Red Sea, the flagship year-round Red Sea town, developed by Orascom Development Egypt, has announced the launch of Najan, a new boutique village, spanning 41,300 sqm in the town’s western district. 

At the heart of El Gouna Red Sea is a strong sense of community and connection, values that continue to shape the town’s residential offerings.
