Eng. Wael Lotfy: Mountain View" adopts a double plan during 2023 to accelerate the development of projects and search for new opportunities

Mountain View for Development and Real Estate Investment Company seeks to accelerate the development and implementation rates of its projects، and to achieve high delivery rates during the current year.

16 projects developed over 18 years

Mountain View has been able، over the past 18 years، to develop 16 distinctive projects in west and east Cairo and on the coasts overlooking the Red and Mediterranean seas، led by a team of distinguished experts and cadres، as well as it was keen to produce the latest designs and architecture، and its higher purpose and vision “Bringing life to land and spreading happiness around us,”  by applying the “science of happiness and innovation” in its projects and implementing them in accordance with international standards.

We seek to complete the development of the rest of the land portfolio

Eng. Wael Lotfy، Mountain View's partner, board member, chief marketing and innovation officer,   stated that the strategy this year focuses on the rapid development of existing projects to complete the development of the rest of the company's land portfolio.

Interest in investment opportunities inside and outside Egypt

He assured that the company is keen to meet the high demand for its projects and to provide the opportunity for new members to join the Mountain View family.

He revealed that the company is working in parallel with these goals on permanent expansion in the Egyptian market and abroad، and is studying many opportunities، in order to maximize the return for its shareholders and applying its ideas by establishing happy and innovative urban communities.

"The North Park"

He indicated that "Mountain View" has launched the "The North Park" phase - the last phase of the "iCity New Cairo" project - on an area of 4 acres، and includes 350 housing units including Millennial Apartments and iVillas، with various sizes to suit the customers changing needs.

The “North Park” phase has the concept of "Activity PODS"، which are places for residents that provide them with enjoying  quiet surroundings away from the noise of the city and encourage them to work، study or read in a quiet atmosphere outside the home without the trouble of going  far places، and are also suitable for practicing social and sports activities aimed at enhancing social communication among residents and developing their personal skills.

Bubble free

Eng. Wael Lotfy announced that "Mountain View" will apply the Bubble Free initiative، which it launched in 2021، in all its projects in west and east Cairo، after its success in the company's projects on the North Coast during  2021 and  2022.

This initiative aims to encourage people to leave the isolation bubbles surrounding them and to share social interaction for more joyful life.

He affirmed that the company will apply the initiative in some projects، including "iCity October" and "iCity Fifth Settlement"، after enhancing their occupancy rates.

The Bubble Free initiative as witnessed the participation of 50 children in the first year of its launch in 2021، and with the success of the experiment and its contribution to changing children's behavior and effective communication، the number of its participants  was increased in 2022 to 3 thousand children،he added.

He explained that  adults of all ages، including parents and grandparents، were keen to share their experiences in various fields and teach children crafts، activities and skills، which created communication mechanisms among all of them and made individuals leave their isolation، as well as the hours of using mobile phones، which contributed to the dissemination of isolation، were reduced.

He emphasized  that the children have learned new crafts and skills، and mechanisms، including marketing and selling their products were provided for  children to assist them to produce and innovate as well as earn money، which contributes to spur them and support for development.

The company launched the Bubble Free initiative after conducting studies from the company's strategic partner in the science of happiness، Delivering Happiness DH، which set some determinants that must be available in the project to create a joyful life، it is found that all of them depend on interaction and movement، leading to the creation of the initiative Bubble free، he pointed out.

Mountain View requested the international player، Mohamed  Salah، the star of the Egyptian national football team and the winger of the English club Liverpool، to be an ambassador for  the Bubble Free initiative.
